Designed for daily pack labelling. The tracking system is essential for providing detailed information on the sterilisation cycle and for placing data in the hospital or patient record card. A wide range of information can be printed on the documentation labels making it easy to keep full records in treatment rooms, medical facilities or beauty salons. Each label can be applied manually or with a labelling machine to a sterilised instrument package. Thanks to a second layer of adhesive, immediately before the instruments are used, the user can reapply the label to the sterilisation control book or patient card.

The descriptive fields on the labels can be filled in with a labelmaker or in the traditional way using a waterproof marker designed for steam sterilisation.

The label records parameters such as:

• date of sterilisation
• expiry date,
• operator,
• sterilization cycle number,
• batch number,
• product number,
• steriliser code,

Once the sterile package is opened in the operating theatre, one label can be peeled off and stuck on the patient chart. This system allows full traceability of instruments in the sterilisation department. Our labels can also be personalised in different colours, perhaps associated with different departments of the hospital.

The labels are compatible with Printex V30, Blitz and Meteo three-row labellers.

The documentation system consists of a 3-line alpha-numeric hand labelling gun, documentation label rolls and documentation sheet available in a log book.

According to EN ISO 11140-1, it is required that all sterile packs must be labelled with a Type 1 process indicator – to clearly differentiate sterile and non-sterile packs.
